Bonnet Cooking Suite Bonnet’s Classic cooking suite offers uncompromised quality and cooking flexibility. These single units can be customized to fit any foodservice operation and can incorporate solid tops, plancha tops, open burners, charbroilers, radiant ceramic tops and bain-marie. Open salamander broilers and overshelves are also available. Bases can include ovens and warming and storage cabinets.

Cooking suites are also more efficient than a traditional American line, because they contain multiple integrated components in a single unit therefore, they can share heating sources, which cuts down on wasted energy.

Furthermore, Bonnet’s Classic cooking suite takes up less space than a traditional American line. They are stronger and more durable than American cooking lines.
