An affordable option to safely chill food
Traulsen's new quick chiller offers an affordable way to move food quickly and safely from serving temperature to storing temperature. Food is chilled rapidly and safely through the temperature Danger Zone (from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to below 41 degrees Fahrenheit) to prolong the freshness and reduce spoilage. The quick chiller has INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control for precise temperature maintenance, unsurpassed reliability and simple operation.
Traulsen's cyclonic airflow system creates a horizontally moving curtain of air that extends from the top of the chiller all the way to the bottom. Centrifugal blowers direct air to chill food without edge freezing or exterior ice formation. The product holding temperatures and product chill endpoint can be adjusted to suit the characteristics of individual foods.
Traulsen's quick chiller is easy to operate and is constructed from stainless steel. It's durable enough to stand up to years of heavy use.
