RACK UP THE LATEST IN OVEN TECHNOLOGY
Both the Single Rack and Double Rack ovens utilize a patented in-shot burner design. This in-shot technology is widely acknowledged as the most efficient and least costly way to bake in rack-type ovens. The all stainless steel heat exchanger tubes contains no welds, which reduces stress points within the exchanger to create a strong, durable and long-lasting heat exchanger. The new steam system has been engineered to provide a high steam output that will keep up with the demands of today's in-store bakery. Attention was paid to the delivery of air in the ovens. The air volume has been increased and the air velocity reduced, creating an environment in the baking chamber that is beneficial to bread products while gentle on delicate items such as cakes and muffins.
