Traulsen offers two different types of Prep Tables to help complete your kitchen — full size and compact. Built with the same “Timeless” design philosophy as all our other equipment, they meet or exceed the NSF 7 Standard, not just in the lab, but also in actual use by real foodservice kitchens like yours. Only Traulsen full-size tables have the unique VPS design to ensure that food stays safe and fresh in the lab and in your kitchen.

Choose from either “Compact” or “Full Size Pizza” prep table types to best suit your needs.
