AIR CURTAIN

Air Curtains.Our multi-fan, 3-D air screen system will maintain product temperature below 41º F for up to 60 minutes while the door is open. Made for the busy, demanding environment of foodservice kitchens, Traulsen Air Curtain models are constructed with stainless steel exteriors and interiors for years of durable performance. The Air Curtain models include an electronic control with two operating modes, standard operating temperature and pre-chill. Standard interior configuration consists of ten pairs of tray slides with 4 1/2” spacing, accommodating either 18” x 26” or 12” x 20” pans. Additional standard features include a full-length door handle, 6” high casters for cabinet mobility, a full perimeter bumper, rear-mounted tubular handle and flush hand grips.
