Floor space won't be the only thing you save on with the CLA. The CLA's wrap station can hold up to three sizes of film. The film brake is designed to assist in stretching the film, getting more coverage out of every roll.
Flexibility is built in. The CLA will be one of the most flexible parts of your operation, starting with its installation. It can be configured as a left-to-right or right-to-left setup. Either way, the operator will have complete ease of access with an open design that provides a full view of the meat packages from virtually anywhere.
The CLA's flexibility is really apparent in its four-position swivel wand that allows the label to be rotated in all four directions so that you can create the most impactful merchandising packages in the meat case. It may seem like magic, but it's all controlled by the Access.
The CLA can also be used for manual weighing of prepackaged product, weighing items up to 30 lbs. in .01-lb. increments. The CLA is a very handy weigh system to have around.
Labels that will stick with you through thick and thin. The CLA has positive label application where the label is held in position during the transfer from the printer to the package for secure, trouble-free adhesion.
Food safety and smart organization. The CLA knows how important food safety is to you. That's why, in addition to an open design that's easy to clean, it has a special catch-all drawer that's built into the label applier to improve sanitation.
To keep miscellaneous objects out of the way, the CLA has storage compartments that can house up to three spare printer cartridges or other supplies.
