The Quantum self-service scale has a food-safe polymer exterior designed for cleaning and sanitizing. The contoured seamless design sheds juices and food particles. It's also water resistant. The platter is stainless steel, stamped construction, adding durability to its easy-cleaning character. The membrane keypad is also easy to clean.
