The Hobart PLUS System, an exclusive combination of three technologies, makes Legacy+ bench mixers the industry's only maximum heavy-duty mixers. The VFDadvantage variable frequency drive ensures more production time and the best mixes, doughs and incorporation of ingredients in the industry by delivering more power and precision motor control. Maximum capacity overheat protection allows our Legacy+ commercial countertop mixers to handle more power, reducing thermal cycling impact to ensure more production and less downtime. The reinforced planetary shaft system has an optimized shaft geometry and all-gear-driven transmission that leverage more of the motor's precision tuning and high-capacity output.

CLEANING AND SANITATION

Cleaning and sanitation is easier than ever with the Legacy+ countertop mixers. The easy-to-remove, dishwasher-safe bowl guard is is easy to clean in between loads and after a day's work, and Soft Start technology prevent ingredients from splashing out of the bowl when the mixer starts.

EASE OF USE DESIGNED

We understand the importance of having easy-to-use equipment. The swing-out bowl with single-point installation makes it easy to add ingredients and unload finished products. The Quick-Release™ agitators are quick and easy to remove and also provide superior mixing performance with a consistent bowl-to-agitator ratio.

OPERATOR ASSURANCE

Operators will feel more comfortable and confident when using Legacy+ floor mixers. The exclusive Triple Interlock System with MagnaLock technology prevents the mixer from operating unless the bowl is fully up and locked in place and the bowl guard is secured.
